Michael Miller, Owner

Michael Miller is a licensed home inspector who has spent over 35 years in home construction and remodeling. As a former licensed realtor and general contractor, Michael has unique expertise and experience that gives him key insight on what to look for from top to bottom of any residential property. Having built homes from 1,600 to 5,000 square foot, Michael understands the sensitivity that home buyers and sellers have when it comes to inspections throughout their home to ensure safety, satisfaction and peace of mind as the end results for clients. He classifies any repairs as minor or major, and educates his customers on how to fix those repairs efficiently and cost effectively. Michael is a co-owner of Tennessee Property Inspections with Licensed General Contractor, Billy Byrd, is an Air Force Veteran and attended East Tennessee State University.
